In Luxor, the partial eclipse is calculated to begin at approximately 11:40 AM, reaching maximum eclipse at around 1:05 PM. Totality is expected to last approximately 6 minutes and 22 seconds, making Luxor one of the world’s outstanding locations for experiencing this historic eclipse. Times are approximate local times in Luxor, EEST (UTC+3), and precise timings depend on the viewing location.
Following the eclipse experience, transfer to your Nile cruise for embarkation and check-in. Subject to cruise operations and local conditions, continue with visits to the magnificent Karnak Temple Complex and Luxor Temple.

The partial eclipse is expected to begin at approximately 11:40 AM. Totality occurs around 1:02 PM to 1:08 PM, with maximum eclipse close to 1:05 PM and approximately 6 minutes and 22 seconds of totality. Take your time to experience the remarkable change in daylight as the Moon completely covers the Sun and the solar corona becomes visible.
After the eclipse and once the main event has concluded, transfer to your Nile cruise and complete embarkation and check-in. Later, subject to operating times and local traffic conditions, begin your exploration of Luxor’s East Bank. Return to the cruise for dinner and overnight in Luxor.
